Vision for Education are seeking a Teaching Assistant for a SEN school in Crawley to start ASAP. This full-time role offers Β£14.24–£14.50 per hour, with weekly PAYE payments.

You will support pupils aged 4–11 in class, small groups and 1:1, using behaviour management skills and SEN strategies to help each child feel safe, engaged and ready to learn.

Desirable qualifications include Level 2/3 SLT or Early Years Educator; driving is preferred; enhanced DBS and safeguarding awareness are expected.
