Vision for Education are seeking a caring, patient, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a nurturing primary school in Hastings. This full‑time role involves providing 1:1 and small‑group support for two children in KS1, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and thrive in the classroom.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support, implement strategies, and create a positive, inclusive environment where both children feel valued, understood, and encouraged. Requirements

  • Experience supporting children in a school or childcare setting (KS1 experience desirable)
