Vision for Education are currently recruiting Graduate Cover Supervisors in Horsham to support secondary schools across the surrounding areas.

About the Role

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, delivering pre-set work, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged in their learning. This role is ideal for graduates seeking school-based experience and is the perfect stepping stone into teaching. Whether you're exploring a PGCE, School Direct, or simply want to gain classroom experience, Vision for Education can support your journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence managing groups of young people
