You'll be joining a great team who are super passionate about early years education, they have a friendly and welcoming team. The Nursery opened in Spring 2025 and is set in a 1930's villa in the centre of Storrington. The nursery benefits from a large outdoor garden, brand new resources and is lucky to offer Forest School and Beach school! The opening hours of the nursery is 7:30am-6pm and you'll be expected to be flexible around those times and contracted to work around 40 hours per week or a 'Flexi Week' where you can work 36/40 hours over 4 days. They are looking to expand their team that is ran by hard working and dedicated management who foster a friendly and positive environment for the children and the staff. You must hold a level 2 and/or 3 in Childcare or Equivalent, this nursery is not currently recruiting for unqualified Early Years Educators.
Requirements:
- You must be over the age of 18 years old
- You must hold an Enhanced DBS check on the update service or willing to pay for one
- Level 2/3 in Early Years Childcare or equivalent (essential)
- Previous experience working in an Early Years setting
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to Early Years such as EYFS, SEN and safeguarding.
- The ability to build positive relationships with both staff and children
