Are you a recent university graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in education? Do you have a passion for working with young people and an interest in teaching? We are currently recruiting Graduate Cover Supervisors in East Grinstead to support secondary schools across the area.
About the Role
As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, delivering pre-set work, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged in their learning. This role is ideal for graduates seeking school-based experience and is the perfect stepping stone into teaching. Whether you're exploring a PGCE, School Direct, or simply want to gain classroom experience, Vision for Education can support your journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
- Manage behaviour in line with school policies

Requirements
