Learning Support Assistant (SEND) – Full Time | September 2026 Start

£462.80–£475 per week

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming SEND school in Telford from March 2026. This fulfilling role involves supporting primary-aged pupils with moderate to complex learning needs and communication challenges, helping them build confidence, achieve academically, and enjoy a positive school experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils engage with their learning
  • Promote communication skills, independence, and emotional development
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and therapists to tailor learning activities
  • Contribute to a calm, safe, and inclusive environment where all pupils can flourish
