Vision for Education is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a Cambridge school.

You will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a child with additional needs, helping them access learning and build confidence.

In this role you will adapt activities to the learner’s needs, support emotional regulation, and work with the teacher and SENCO to implement EHCP targets, fostering independence and social engagement in a supportive classroom environment.
