What You’ll Do
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing team with a clear, objective leadership style
- Create a culture of exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on NPS and customer outcomes
- Take full ownership of store performance, driving sales, productivity, and operational excellence
- Use data, insight, and customer feedback to continuously improve the in‑store experience
- Embed consistent ways of working following the store’s transition to an operated model
- Oversee all aspects of store operations including compliance, stock, and team planning

Earn monthly bonuses on top of your salary. Store Managers can earn up to £1,190 per month in bonus, plus uncapped commission, rewarding both individual and team performance. Your leadership drives results — and it pays off.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader
- Strong people leader with an objective, performance‑focused approach
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experience, with a clear understanding of NPS
- Commercially astute with the ability to interpret data and drive performance
- Confident communicator who can engage, coach, and challenge a team
- Experience managing change or transitions would be highly beneficial
