What You’ll Do

- Own store performance, driving sales, productivity, and operational excellence
- Support and lead change effectively, keeping your team engaged, informed, and performing at their best
- Use data and customer insights to continuously improve the customer journey
- Oversee all aspects of store operations including compliance, stock, and team planning

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader
- A strong team player who leads by example and builds a positive team culture
- Excellent customer focus with a passion for delivering great service
- Experience leading teams through change and driving engagement
- Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse performance and drive results
- Confident communicator who can coach, support, and challenge a team
- Optics experience is not required - full training will be provided
