This is a small, well‑established Tesco store with two optometrists and four experienced retail optical assistants, making it a great opportunity for someone stepping into, or developing within, store management.
We’re looking for a reliable, people‑focused leader with a positive, honest approach — someone who builds strong customer relationships, brings energy to the role, and consistently delivers excellent service and NPS growth.
About the role
As Store Manager, you’ll lead and support an experienced team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving store performance. You’ll be hands‑on on the shop floor, role‑modelling Vision Express values and ensuring every customer feels cared for.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating and developing your team
