We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Kensington store.

Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll help lead a team of four colleagues, driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service.
What you'll do
- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.
- Coach and develop a team of four colleagues.
- Drive sales performance and deliver store targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, compliance and operations.
- Represent the store confidently during stakeholder visits.
- Lead the store in the Store Manager's absence.
