What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, inspire, and develop store teams across a diverse and dynamic region
• Drive performance and customer experience in line with our brand values
• Champion new product launches and operational excellence
• Ensure consistency and resilience across all locations
• Travel regularly across the region to stay connected with your teams

What We’re Looking For

• A strong retail background, or experience in a similar fast paced, customer focused organisation
• Proven multi-site management experience
• A sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering results
• A prioritised and structured approach to leadership
• Experience managing and developing people across different locations
• Willingness to live within the area or relocate (disturbance allowance provided)
