This is a small, well‑established Tesco store with two optometrists and four experienced retail optical assistants, making it a great opportunity for someone stepping into, or developing within, store management.

We are looking for a reliable, people‑focused leader with a positive, honest approach - someone who builds strong customer relationships, brings energy to the role, and consistently delivers excellent service and NPS growth.

About the role

As Store Manager, you will lead and support an experienced team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving store performance. You will be hands‑on on the shop floor, role‑modeling Vision Express values and ensuring every customer feels cared for.
