We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Romford Liberty Shopping Centre store.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail leader who enjoys developing people, driving performance and creating a great experience for customers and colleagues alike.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to support, coach and develop the team, ensuring the store delivers against key business objectives.
You'll be confident leading people, conducting regular 1:1s, providing training and using KPIs to drive performance.
In the Store Manager's absence, you'll take ownership of the store and lead the team with confidence.
