Role overview Are you a Retail Store Manager interested in working with one of Ireland\'s leading eyecare providers and selling premium eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, and Prada? The Vision Express store in Henry Street is looking for its next Retail Store Manager. This is a high-performing store with an established team of 5 clinical professionals and 12 retail colleagues, including an assistant manager. Our ideal candidate is a strong retail leader with sales experience. As a Retail Store Manager at Vision Express, you’ll be responsible for leading the store\'s culture, managing day-to-day operations, and motivating your team to deliver tailored and effective eyecare and eyewear solutions to customers daily. Although the hours of this role are advertised, we are open to discussing flexible working options to fit your needs, whether around school runs or a compressed week. Benefits Free eyewear up to €600 annually with immediate eligibility. On target bonuses of up to €8,160, depending on store performance. Stretch target bonuses of up to €16,320, depending on store performance.
