What You’ll Do
- Support stores across Central and East London, stepping in where leadership is needed most
- Lead, coach, and develop high‑performing retail teams across multiple locations
- Drive commercial performance through exceptional customer experience
- Take ownership of store performance during cover periods, including KPIs and operational standards
- Lead from the front on the shop floor, delivering personalised service
- Support all store operations including rotas, stock, compliance, and retail standards
- Build strong team cultures quickly, driving engagement and accountability
- Partner with Area Managers and support teams to deliver consistency and continuous improvement
