Key Responsibilities Include
- Processing all starters, leavers and contractual changes accurately and within agreed timeframes
- Creating and issuing contracts and employment documentation
- Acting as the first point of contact for colleagues and managers
- Providing clear, accurate HR advice within policy guidelines
- Coordinating moments that matter including maternity processes and long‑service awards
- Using the People Services/Payroll Database to generate reports
- Ensuring exceptional service delivery in line with departmental KPIs
