As a Store Manager at Vision Express, you’ll lead all aspects of store operations, driving commercial performance, team engagement and an outstanding customer experience. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high standards across sales, service and compliance, while creating a positive environment where your team can thrive. Working in a fast-paced retail leadership role, you’ll use data and insight to meet sales targets, manage store performance, and continuously improve results. Alongside this, you’ll lead on recruitment and talent development, supported by your Regional Manager and Store Support Centre, building a strong and capable team. Most importantly, you’ll play a key role in delivering our purpose helping customers “Step out with confidence” through expert eye care and eyewear solutions that enhance everyday life.
