Join one of our largest and busiest stores. We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Lakeside store. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail leader or aspiring Assistant Store Manager ready to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading a large team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business performance. You will be confident managing people, understand HR processes, and know how to use KPIs to improve results.
What You Will Do- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing colleagues
- Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions and training
- Drive sales performance through effective KPI management
- Support recruitment, performance management and colleague engagement

- Run the shop floor and lead the store in the Store Manager's absence
