Join Vision Express at our flagship Brent Cross store as an assistant store manager, where you’ll play a key role in leading a high‑performing team and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an assistant store manager, you’ll work closely with the store manager and other assistant store managers to support a team of 22 colleagues. You’ll help drive store performance through strong leadership, effective coaching, and a clear focus on delivering KPIs.
