We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Vision Express store in Clapham Common. This is a unique opportunity to manage a successful Joint Venture store, leading from the front and creating an environment where both colleagues and customers thrive. Following a recent refit, the store is in excellent condition and provides a fantastic setting to deliver the premium service Vision Express is known for.
What You'll Do
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the store and team
- Lead, coach and develop colleagues through regular 1:1s and performance conversations
- Create a culture focused on exceptional customer service and patient care
- Drive NPS, commercial performance and key business KPIs from the shop floor
- Lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results
- Ensure the store operates to the highest standards of compliance, presentation and service
- Partner closely with the Joint Venture Partner to support continued success and business growth
