As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Joint Venture Partner in leading a team of 9 retail colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve store targets. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, team performance, and maintaining high store standards.
Optics experience is preferred but not essential — we\’re looking for a strong people leader with retail management experience and a passion for customer service.
Although the hours of this role are advertised, if this sounds like the role for you, we\’d love to hear about your ideal working week. Whether this is hours to fit around the school run or you prefer a compressed week – we are open to discussing flexible options with you further.
