Join Vision Express Huntingdon Tesco as an Assistant Store Manager and help lead a successful optical retail team focused on delivering outstanding customer and patient experiences. Working alongside our Joint Venture Partners, you'll support a team that includes a resident Optometrist, two Pre-Registration Optometrists and five Optical Assistants. This Assistant Store Manager role is ideal for someone with strong retail sales experience and proven supervisory or leadership skills who enjoys developing people and driving commercial performance. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll lead from the shop floor, coach colleagues to achieve their potential and support the delivery of store KPIs.
