The role: You’ll lead a diverse group of stores, working closely with managers and teams to deliver strong performance, consistent standards and great customer experiences. You’ll interpret data to spot opportunities, plan ahead and simplify priorities so your region knows exactly what to focus on. Your leadership will help build confidence, momentum and a culture where teams feel supported and ready to grow.

Who we’re looking for: Sound judgement, resilience and the ability to build strong relationships across different locations. You’re confident joining the dots in the data, bringing a clear narrative to your plans and creating conditions where teams can succeed. You know how to coach managers, make an impact and collaborate across the wider business - always with a calm, structured approach.
