Support the delivery of projects involving the design, supply, installation, and maintenance of commercial catering equipment. Assist with project administration, scheduling, document management, customer communications, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time.

What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers across multiple projects
- Coordinate and monitor project tasks, activities, and timelines
- Prepare, organise, maintain, and update project documentation and records
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing minutes where required
- Arrange stock deliveries, transport, and logistics to project sites
- Track project expenses and assist with budget monitoring
- Raise purchase orders (POs), process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in preparation of payment applications and proactively follow up on outstanding payments
- Compile and prepare documentation requested by Project Managers and customers
- Assist with the preparation and submission of client quotations and proposals
- Create and maintain project progress reports and status updates
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to support project delivery
- Ensure project information is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible
- Support continuous improvement of project administration processes and procedures
