Here is some feedback from our recently recruited staff members

\”I was very unsure about leaving the company I was working with at that time, but it\’s the best decision I made. I come to Vision Care for an interview and was pleasantly surprised on how I was treated. The issue I had with my previous company was the lack of support I was receiving in the office, here at Vision Care I knew I was at the right place as they value their staff and offer constant support with work life and personal life. 3 months later I\’m still happy and so glad I\’m at vision care\”

Jodie Mckeith (started November 2021)

\”I started at vision in November, I had no experience in care, I was provided with care over a two-day period with a couple of new starters, I started to go out on care but was still unsure and not confident in a few aspects. I spoke to the training team and was told not to worry and given additional care, they were very supportive. I now feel confident working and taking lead. Thank you, Vision Care,\”

Aasia Firdous (started November 2021)

\”I wanted a change from my previous care company as I was travelling all over Bradford this was so tiresome and took a toll on my car. One of my friends was working at Vision Care and told me to come work here. I was a bit unsure but I\’m so glad I am here now, 3 months and I\’m so happy I decided to change. I\’m working in just one postal code my mileage has dropped. I have so much support from the office staff, and they are so organised and helpful\”
