Reporting to the Global VP Partnerships, this role will be responsible for building and managing partnerships in the EMEA region. This is a hands-on strategic role where you will work closely with the EMEA sales and GTM teams, leveraging partners to grow and accelerate revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Develop and execute Visier’s EMEA partner growth strategy
  • Build and manage existing partnerships with SI, Solution Provider, Advisory and Technology partnerships
  • Recruit and onboard new partners with defined investments and joint business plans
  • Track and analyze partner performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Lead and execute cross-functional partner initiatives including marketing, legal, sales operations, and finance

What You’ll Bring To The Table…

  • 15+ years partner leadership experience with GSI, channel, services and technology partners
  • Experience and familiarity with Human Capital Management industry and strong connection to HCM ecosystem
  • Experience with workforce analytics, planning and org design preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong track record of quota and target attainment
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA Preferred
