Reporting to the Global VP Partnerships, this role will be responsible for building and managing partnerships in the EMEA region. This is a hands-on strategic role where you will work closely with the EMEA sales and GTM teams, leveraging partners to grow and accelerate revenue.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Develop and execute Visier’s EMEA partner growth strategy
- Build and manage existing partnerships with SI, Solution Provider, Advisory and Technology partnerships
- Recruit and onboard new partners with defined investments and joint business plans
- Track and analyze partner performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Lead and execute cross-functional partner initiatives including marketing, legal, sales operations, and finance
What You’ll Bring To The Table…
- 15+ years partner leadership experience with GSI, channel, services and technology partners
- Experience and familiarity with Human Capital Management industry and strong connection to HCM ecosystem
- Experience with workforce analytics, planning and org design preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong track record of quota and target attainment
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree, MBA Preferred
