Failure Analysis shift technician to join the FA team working back-end nights (12hrs: 7pm-7am; Wed, Thu, Fri & every other Saturday). This position is a key member of the Failure Analysis team, responsible for performing physical and structural analysis of wafers/samples using Optical microscope, SEM, FIB, Plasma etcher and EDX. Full training will be provided on dayshift (Mon-Fri).
Key duties:
- Performing SEM cross sections and imaging
- Performing cross sections using FIB
- Analysing wafers/samples with EDX
- Performing wafer de-processing using wet chemicals and/or plasma etcher
- Performing optical inspections
- Maintain Failure Analysis and chemical laboratory
Required:
- Ability to work effectively in teams and on own initiative
- Methodical, well-organised with ability to multitask
- Highly motivated, results and customer service oriented
- Strong written and communication skills
- Experienced in Microsoft office
