About the role

Reporting to the CIM Manager, the CIM Technician's primary role is to process Change Notices for PROMIS to create/update Parts, Procedures, Recipes, Operations, Tasks, Documents in PROMIS as specified by Engineering Change Notices. They will also administrate user accounts, creating/modifying accounts, passwords and privileges for PROMIS, VMS and Fabtime. Additionally, they will support Equipment Automation infrastructure installation/maintenance, adapting to shifting priorities in line with manufacturing demands. Being a team player and participating in various CIM group duties. Always eager to learn.

Working hours: Day shift

What you will do:

  • Analyse requirements of PROMIS CN’s
  • Maintaining and updating PROMIS models
  • First point of contact for PROMIS CN enquiries
  • Create/modify PROMIS user accounts
  • Create/modify VMS user accounts
  • Create/modify Fabtime user accounts
  • Installing/maintaining hardware infrastructure for EA
  • Work closely with other staff within the team, such as project manager, web and software developers, systems analyst, other technicians.

What you will need:

  • Semiconductor manufacturing experience.
  • Familiarity with Promis MES and PAC Equipment Automation.
  • Computer literate, familiar with office suite applications and general computer hardware knowledge.
  • Willingness to learn.
