This is a permanent role on our FED (front end day) shift, located just off junction 28 of the M4, near Tredegar Park and on the A48 southern distributor road, close to amenities.
We are in an expansion phase, investing in new equipment and talented people, making it an exciting time to join us.
What You Will Do
- Operate tools within our manufacturing area (fab).
- Work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to all protocols.
- Follow specifications, policies, and procedures for semiconductor wafer manufacturing.
- Raise concerns to senior operators or team leaders as appropriate.
- Follow all manufacturing, EHS specifications, policies, and procedures.
What You Will Need
- Full training will be provided, but we look for methodical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Excellent time management and computer skills for data entry.
Shift Pattern
Fixed 12-hour shifts: 6:50 am to 7:00 pm, with alternating weekly schedules.
