Responsibilities

  • To ensure timely availability of products according to demand plans.
  • Generate and update supply plans based on latest forecasts, production schedules, and supplier commitments.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams such as demand planning, sales, and production to optimize stock, reduce excess, and minimize shortages.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm delivery dates, lead times, and order status, and follow up on any delays or issues.
  • Support cost efficiency initiatives by identifying opportunities for optimized sourcing and inventory management.
  • KPI Monitoring & Reporting.
  • Proactive Risk management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in planning fields.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of planning, supply chain processes, and inventory management.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
