Enable design wins by providing SiC applications technical support to R&D team and our customers.
Establish industry best-in-class methodology to test and to characterise SiC power semiconductor in relevant applications.
Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including R&D, Engineering, Marketing, and academic collaborators.
Generate training materials demonstrations, evaluation boards, and application notes.
- A PhD or Masters-level degree in electronics engineering, physics or any other microelectronics-related field;
- At least 5 years of post-graduation experience in the field of wide-bandgap power semiconductor technology (ideally SiC);
- Experience in applications of SiC MOSFET both industrial and automotive.
- Good understanding of converter topologies, chargers and Automotive knowledge.
- Background in electronics engineering for system understanding in the field of power electronics.
- You will have a comprehensive, demonstrable background in power semiconductors / semiconductor physics and/or electronics engineering.
