What you will do
- You will perform routine and non-routine maintenance on Chemical Dispensing Machinery and Spec Gas panels and cabinets on site.
- You will ensure gas and chemical supplies are always kept uninterrupted to prevent any tool downtime.
- You will work some of the time with minimal supervision so its vital you can use your initiative and have a great work ethic.
- You will also support the fab in any issues regarding chemicals or gases.
- What you will need
Essential
- Qualification in an engineering related discipline
- Troubleshooting skills
- Desire to learn & progress within chemical and gas maintenance.
- Experience in working with pressurized pumps or systems.
- Ability to potentially work fixed 12-hour shifts – 7am to 7pm / 7pm to 7am Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday)
Desirable
- Chemical awareness and Handling
- Cleanroom experience
- Comprehension of gas and chemical requirements
- Worked previously with Toxic and Highly Flammable gases.
- Experience of leak checking
- IOSHH Training
- A background in Engineering
