We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager Resistors for the North Europe region. This role focuses on driving product strategy, training, and market analysis for Vishay’s resistor portfolio.
Job Location: UK (preferably Newport) or remote
Key Role and Responsibilities
- Work closely with European Sales and FAE teams to understand customer requirements and propose the appropriate resistor solutions.
- Collaborate with an international team of technical experts to design and implement custom products as needed.
- Organize technical training and workshops to increase Vishay awareness in the European market.
- Disseminate product strategy across the European distribution network.
- Analyze market trends and provide internal feedback.
Your Skills and Experience
- Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Electronics or Mechatronics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical environment.
- Understanding of electronic circuits in automotive or industrial applications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Structured and analytical mindset.
- Willingness to travel across Europe and work within an international team.
