Perform parametric analysis of production and engineering material.
Communicate yield issues to shift team.
Work with both the Manufacturing and Engineering team to:
- Review and disposition hold lots.
- Identify and investigate scrap events, create near miss and scrap incident reports.
- Use kill die and maverick die elimination techniques to reject die.
- Perform additional inking to support device and outgoing inspections teams.
- Submit failure analysis and interpret the results.
- Perform initial investigation and provide key weekend support.
Experience, Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Worked in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferably with Fab/Test experience.

- Team player - will work with multiple engineering groups.
- Capable of working in a busy manufacturing environment.
