Vish is a fast growing B2B SaaS company on a mission to transform the professional hair colour industry, and we are looking for a driven, relationship first Account Manager to help us grow across global markets.

Vish's software and smart Bluetooth scale help salons eliminate colour waste, manage their inventory, take control of their pricing, and unlock real profitability. Salon owners typically see their investment returned within the first month. We are already transforming businesses across Canada, the US, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, and we are just getting started. At the global level, we are building the infrastructure that will revolutionise supply chain management for the entire professional hair colour industry.
What You Will Be Doing
- This is not just closing deals. This is end to end account ownership.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of salon clients across your region.
- Build strong, trust based relationships with business owners and key stakeholders.
- Drive retention, expansion, and upsell opportunities.
- Partner with customers to ensure adoption, success, and return on investment.
- Identify new opportunities within accounts and expand revenue over time.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account insights in CRM.
