We are seeking a Senior Designer to join Visa's Deal Excellence Team, specializing in high-impact proposal pitches and presentations for strategic deals and client engagements. This role is pivotal in shaping how Visa communicates value to clients through compelling, visually engaging narratives. The ideal candidate combines world-class design skills, conceptual thinking, and a deep understanding of storytelling to create materials that stand out in competitive environments.
Responsibilities
- Learn and internalize Visa's business, products, and payment ecosystems.
- Create visually stunning, client‐centric pitch decks, proposals, and presentation materials that clearly communicate complex themes and win strategies.
- Production of new and existing content, supporting on‐brand guides and templates where needed.
- Produce new and refresh existing assets, including presentation materials (PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma), infographics, CX flows, and interactive demos, motion graphics/video storyboards for dynamic storytelling.
- Translate technical and commercial concepts into clear, persuasive visual narratives.
- Extend visual identities and brand guidelines across all pitch and presentation formats, ensuring consistency and innovation.
- Communicate complex win themes and technical topics in an easy‐to‐understand visual way.
- Work closely with deal teams and in‐house design partners to align creative output with business objectives.
- Ensure all content is designed with the end‐user experience in mind – human‐centred design perspective.
- Provide creative art direction and design for pitch visuals, including digital and video, ensuring modern, clean design that resonates in the Fintech and B2B space.
- Good understanding of designing for animation/motion graphics/video.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional design experience, with a focus on proposal design, sales enablement, or client pitches.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Sketch, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong PowerPoint design skills and formatting attention to detail. Experience with motion graphics software is a plus.
- Strong skills in print, digital, static, and motion design.
- Expertise in visual storytelling, infographics, animation, video production, and motion graphics.
- Optional experience in the Fintech industry or a related field, with an understanding of Fintech design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting creative concepts to senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to challenge the status quo and develop modern, user‐friendly design standards.
- Ability to extend visual systems and brand guidelines across all mediums.
- Experience in creating on‐brand guides and templates.
