    • Translate briefs into clear execution plans in partnership with the Project Manager.
    • Coordinate with copywriters, designers, video editors, and external agencies to deliver finished assets.
    • Manage multi‐month production cycles for white papers, case studies, executive thought leadership, podcasts, and client testimonials.
  • Stakeholder & Review Coordination
    • Serve as the primary day‐to‐day point of contact for stakeholders following project kickoff.
    • Coordinate review cycles across Legal, Communications, Product Marketing, Sales, and external partners.
    • Track feedback, manage revisions, and maintain alignment throughout iterative review processes.
    • Escalate to the Senior Content Strategist only when material decisions, risk, or scope changes arise.
  • Publishing & Promotion Support
    • Coordinate with internal publishing teams to launch approved assets.
    • Support organic and paid promotion in partnership with social and media teams.
    • Assist in repurposing approved long‐form content into supporting assets once core deliverables are finalized.
  • Operational Support & Reporting
    • Maintain project documentation, version control, and status tracking.
    • Support internal updates and presentations by coordinating inputs and creating summary materials.
    • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and follow‐through across all assigned initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on long‐form assets such as white papers, case studies, reports, or executive content.
  • Familiarity with legal, compliance, or brand review processes.
