Job Description
This Associate role is at an entry level (up to 2 years' experience) and is part of the Global Treasury Bank Account Management team, a dynamic and evolving team responsible for all bank account management activities. With a focus on execution, accuracy, and learning under supervision, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with bank account activities, including the opening, closing, and maintenance of bank accounts, for multiple Visa legal entities around the globe. Additionally, the Treasury Associate will support with updating and maintaining authorized signers on all bank accounts, periodic KYC updates and system access administration.
What we expect of you, day by day
- This entry level role supports the Global Treasury Bank Account Management team by executing high volume, process driven tasks.
- The Associate builds foundational knowledge of treasury operations, banking documentation, and internal controls while ensuring data integrity and process compliance.
- Own high volume administrative tasks related to bank account management including preparation of standard bank documentation.
- Support account openings, closures, mandate updates, and KYC refreshes under guidance.
- Maintain accuracy across treasury systems, ensuring records are up to date.
- Track workflow progress and escalate exceptions or non-standard requests.
- Develop foundational understanding of banking documentation, entity structures, and controls.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
