- Collaborate with Pismo and regional teams to guarantee the platform’s readiness while taking into account local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support and design business models and develop regional roadmaps, ensuring integration with Visa or partner capabilities, and work with Client Services to optimize delivery.

- Prioritize and execute commercial goals for Pismo during the European expansion in collaboration with Issuing Sales, Sales Engineering, Visa Managed Services, Pismo, and other essential stakeholders locally and globally.
- Identify and execute upgrades to Pismo to address evolving client needs, local market conditions, and foster innovations beneficial to both clients and Visa.
- Motivate, challenge, and mentor the extended team to enhance their problem-solving and product management abilities.
- Support competitive analysis, customer insights, and market studies with market-facing teams to aid the development of new features and capabilities.
- Play a significant role in assessing new market opportunities and potential partnerships, including alternative sales models (e.g. through System Integrators).
- Influence budget and financial planning by offering insights into potential revenue opportunities and associated costs.
- Create strategies and approaches for the development of necessary product readiness materials, operating models, and business plans. Advocate for funding, monitor performance, and utilize insights for future growth.
- Develop strategies for providing ongoing training and information materials to help market teams effectively sell and deploy Pismo and supporting VAS products.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and documentation for both internal and external audiences through working groups, webinars, and other formats regarding product ownership.
- Promote Pismo by building extensive internal partnerships within Visa across various functions regionally.
- Offer advice and thought leadership, contributing strategically to the broader Pismo business team while driving the thought leadership within the solutions management team.
