Create best in class value propositions, sales materials and training. Use market, portfolio and pipeline data to guide decisions and target clients. Work across teams to deliver, measure and improve GTM activity across Europe. Partner with sales leaders and market teams to build adoption, strengthen seller capability and embed consistent execution of priority plays.
  • Market Activation: Shape and prioritise a portfolio of external, Visa-led and Visa-supported events aligned to VCS LMM growth priorities across Europe. Scope and lead research programmes and whitepapers, coordinating internal experts, external research partners and Marketing from brief through activation. Define the audience, proposition, content and success measures for each activation. Coordinate delivery, follow-up and performance measurement across teams. Use activation results, pipeline progression and client feedback to optimise investment and scale the approaches that deliver the strongest commercial impact.
  • Strategic Deals and GTM Excellence: Support strategic RFPs and complex deals with clear, evidence-based propositions tailored to client needs. Maintain a central library of approved playbooks, training, case studies and market insights. Turn lessons from campaigns and client engagements into repeatable best practice and stronger GTM execution. Lead cross-functional workstreams involving product, sales, finance, marketing and regional teams, bringing clarity to decisions, ownership and delivery milestones.
