Develop a clear roadmap for ecosystem partnerships, integrations, and bundled propositions connecting Pismo with VAS and Network capabilities. Collaborate with clusters, regional leads, partnership teams, and external partners to create propositions that drive multi product growth.
- Performance, Planning And Commercial Foresight: Own and input into regional strategic planning cycles for Pismo: revenue planning, scenario modelling, portfolio strategy. Establish governance structures (steercos, working groups) to support strategic alignment across Visa. Shape pricing frameworks, commercial models, and revenue forecasts for Pismo growth in Europe. Analyse market and pipeline signals to adjust strategy and inform leadership decision making.
