Are you passionate about the future of stablecoin payments and driven by opportunities to scale new products and businesses? As Senior Manager, Visa Crypto Specialized Sales & Solutioning you will join the European Crypto team within the Growth Products & Partnerships function and work in close alignment with the Global Visa Crypto GTM and Sales organization to accelerate the growth and adoption of Visa’s crypto and stablecoin solutions across Europe. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and partnerships, and will be responsible for both driving revenue and shaping the evolution of Visa’s crypto product suite.

You will engage with a broad range of ecosystem players — including existing crypto and wallet partners, fintechs, issuers, merchants, enablers, infrastructure providers, and financial institutions — helping them unlock new value through Visa’s capabilities. You will work with clients on their stablecoin strategies, position and sell Visa crypto solutions, and identify, structure, and execute commercial opportunities in partnership with Visa’s crypto product, strategy, account management, risk, legal, and finance teams.

As an early team member, you will contribute to shaping regional and global crypto GTM strategies, support seller enablement through tools and training, and provide client and ecosystem feedback to influence Visa’s crypto product roadmap and long‑term strategy. This is a highly visible, strategic role requiring strong client‑facing leadership, solutioning mindset, and deep understanding of emerging crypto and stablecoin use cases.

Essential Functions
  • Provide solutioning, problem solving and sales support for key clients, fintechs, issuers, merchants and ecosystem partners – acting as subject matter expert across Visa’s crypto and stablecoin capabilities, with a strong focus on designing end‑to‑end payment, settlement, and money movement flows.
  • Drive end‑to‑end deal flow from early‑stage discovery and solution design through client pitch, commercial structuring and negotiation – ensuring Visa’s crypto solutions are positioned as integrated infrastructure offering.
  • Partner closely with product organizations to shape roadmap and innovation priorities, ensuring that client feedback, market signals, and implementation learnings are systematically fed into global and regional product development.
  • Manage and scale strategic ecosystem partnerships, including blockchains, stablecoin issuers, orchestration platforms, Defi protocols, and other partner archetypes, with a focus on unlocking new capabilities and expanding Visa’s solution portfolio.
  • Support delivery and implementation of solutions, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, product, and operation teams to help Visa clients launch Visa Crypto Solutions (post‑sales support).
  • Contribute to go‑to‑market strategy and execution, with a strong focus on solution‑led selling, helping define how Visa positions crypto and stablecoin capabilities across different client segments and use cases.
  • Enable broader sales and account teams by developing scalable solutioning frameworks, playbooks, and training — ensuring that Visa can replicate and scale crypto solutioning capabilities across markets.
