Senior Integration Analyst (Network) – 12‑Month FTC

What you’ll do:
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, and Operations teams) and external partners to gather, clarify, and communicate business requirements.
- Analyse partner specifications and data mapping across various wallet partners, contributing to API service design and assessing impact on business processes.
- Identify and document key requirements for integrating new partners, enabling operations to manage the product effectively and ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Develop solution documentation based on partner workshops during the build phase to facilitate business operations post‑launch.
- Collaborate to set standards and improve data practices across Visa Direct and refine requirements for payment network partner integrations.
- Present complex and critical network feature demos to relevant Visa Direct stakeholders during sprint demos.
- Drive the standardisation of business and integration analysis across multiple markets and countries.
- Engage in agile/scaled agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement) while supporting product owners.
- Apply ISO20022 standards knowledge to further develop statement migration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, fintech, or payment solutions industries.
- Demonstrable experience across multiple systems and project types within the financial services/payments industry, ideally in cross‑border payments with knowledge of payment message standards, payment schemes, and mobile wallets.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (SCRUM, DSDM, Lean/Kanban) and scaled agile environments.
- Good technical understanding of web applications and APIs.
- Strong intellectual agility, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills for optimizing data processes.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
This is a 12‑month FTC maternity cover contract.
