This leadership role on the UK & Ireland Product team focuses on designing and delivering product commercialization strategies for Visa’s Digital Solutions, driving user experience and innovation across tokenization, Click to Pay, Authentication, and Visa Payment Passkeys.

Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for GTM strategy, solution management and commercialization of the Digital Solutions portfolio for the UK & Ireland markets, including Tokenization solutions, Click to Pay, Authentication and Identity solutions, and Visa Payment Passkeys.
  • Lead a team of product managers to serve as subject matter experts and specialized sales partners, ensuring client-facing teams have the knowledge, collateral and support to grow product penetration and revenue.
  • Develop a cohesive narrative for today and 2030 to facilitate understanding and adoption of Visa’s Digital Solutions strategy across the UK & Ireland ecosystem.
  • Drive critical client engagements at senior and working‑team levels, manage the pipeline of sales opportunities, and coordinate with the sales organization to close deals and projects.
  • Provide feedback and identify product gap opportunities based on market trends, integrating these insights into regional and global product roadmaps to ensure solutions are market‑ready.
  • Report key metrics and objectives to Visa leadership, adjusting program tactics and strategies as needed.
  • Adapt to evolving priorities and initiatives as the role and broader Product organization grow.
  • Manage the team, prioritize activities, mentor and coach direct reports, and support their development within Visa.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in financial services, technology, digital commerce or payments, with a strong track record of commercializing technology‑led solutions.
  • Significant product development and management experience in ecommerce, digital and mobile payments, including Click to Pay, tokenization frameworks, and emerging authentication technologies such as passkeys.
  • Deep technical understanding of global and emerging payments technologies, tokenization, secure credential storage, authentication methods, and card‑on‑file experiences, with the ability to translate these into scalable product solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to define, build and execute strong GTM strategies for new and evolving payment products.
  • Strong client‑facing experience, able to engage, influence and advise external partners on complex payment solutions.
  • Solid understanding of EMVCo standards, Eurozone regulations, SEPA, IFR, GDPR and PSD2.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, able to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Highly collaborative, working cross‑functionally and building credibility with product, engineering, commercial and regional teams.
  • Ability to bridge commercial strategy and deep technical understanding to ensure product solutions are technically sound and commercially viable.
  • Proven ability to manage a complex workload, supporting multiple product development initiatives and client implementations simultaneously.
  • Advanced planning, organizational and problem‑solving skills; experience applying Design Thinking principles is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (RESTful APIs) and payments technologies such as NFC, secure elements, contactless payments, remote/online payments, and in‑app payments.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Work Environment

This is a hybrid position. Employees are expected to work from the office 2‑3 days a week, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
