Job Description
You will be responsible for proactively managing relationships with one of our Global Signature Clients, promoting Visa products and services to enhance customer experience and drive growth. Through deep client relationships, your experience, and thought leadership, you will collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans for innovation and market leadership in payments and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the relationship with the consumer business units of a major issuer, ensuring support from all relevant Visa teams.
- Identify new requirements and introduce Visa’s solutions to drive profitability, managing sales targets.
- Develop annual strategic plans to enhance payment experiences and support growth.
- Leverage your knowledge of consumer payments and financial services to identify new business opportunities, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Prioritize conflicting demands to optimize resource deployment.
- Manage a team of three direct reports and oversee a wider team dedicated to client relationships.
- Lead pricing and contract negotiations when necessary.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met through collaboration across teams.
Qualifications
- Experience managing clients to identify opportunities and grow profitability.
- Deep knowledge of consumer payments and financial services.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders up to executive level.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in driving P&L growth.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic client plans.
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
- Senior B2B sales experience, especially in digital solutions.
- Leadership skills to motivate and develop teams.
Additional Information
This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days in the office per week, based on business needs.
