In your role as Senior Data Scientist, you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by: Developing and maintaining end-to-end analytic products within our Solutions, including data schemas, advanced statistical models, reporting configuration, and documentation. Collaborating across the organization with commercial, product, delivery, and engineering teams to identify opportunities, share insights, and develop products. We value adaptability, so you may be asked to take on additional duties as required. Interacting with internal and external users to understand their problems and sharing insights with the team. Working with Product Managers and team members to prioritize high-value tasks. Coordinating work across multiple teams and taking on \’tech lead\’ responsibilities when needed. Identifying risks and validating assumptions before development. Processing and modeling large customer datasets end-to-end. Leading the deployment and maintenance of statistical models and algorithms. Testing analytical models and their integration within Featurespace platforms. Ensuring comprehensive documentation accompanies analytics products, including reports, presentations, and visualizations. Measuring and improving outcomes related to analytic products. Supporting delivery teams with analytic products. Communicating insights effectively to both technical and non-technical colleagues. Promoting the benefits of analytic products within Featurespace. Participating in recruiting Data Scientists for the team. Improving team processes and contributing to future team strategy. Mentoring junior team members and managing workloads to ensure high-quality output. Developing a strong understanding of the fraud and financial crime industries.
