Job Description
The Network Products & Solutions at Visa is focused on extending our network products and solutions portfolio, bringing innovative products to market and enhancing the Cardholder, Issuer and Merchant experiences through new solutions. The Cardholder Experiences team is part of the Network Products & Solutions team and is specifically focused on:
- Delivering expanded capabilities that can be exposed to cardholders.
- Building on existing Subscription Manager and Stop Payments products to supercharge subscription management and target recurring payment flows.
- Successfully helping execute on the 2030 Network Products growth plan, and delivering on revenue expectations.
We are currently seeking a Product Manager for the Cardholder Experiences team within Network Processing.
Responsibilities include:
- Defining product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, market prioritization, and pricing.
- Ideating new product concepts and advancing next-gen value-added services.
- Managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle including impact analysis, requirements gathering, technical designs reviews, preparing and being responsible for client documentation preparation to ensure accuracy and quality, and engaging with internal and external partners on the delivered enhancement(s).
- Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product execution and launch.
- Gathering and analysing customer feedback and tracking product performance using key metrics to continuously improve the product and enhance user experience.
- Proactively identifying opportunities and taking action to drive product success.
- Supporting new business growth by providing pre and post sales product support to prospective clients.
- Maintaining reference guides, web content and communicating best practices to service users.
- Carrying out data and trend analysis in partnership with internal teams and clients.
- Staying updated on consumer and payment tech trends, especially AI and automation.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- Client-facing experience: supporting go-to-market strategies and collaborating directly with customers or partners.
- Experience with product development methodology.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, automation, and data analytics.
- Familiarity with APIs and willingness to learn about AI-powered tools.
