My Visa is a web-based platform that provides Premium cardholders access to all their associated card benefits, merchant offers, and sponsorship assets in one place. Showcasing Visa’s Premium proposition, directly to consumers. Leveraging Visa’s Premium asset suite to create value for issuers through cardholder engagement, top of wallet behaviour, and differentiation across our European markets.
As a Product Manager, you’ll play a critical role in the development of our rapidly expanding value-added service. You will work as part of a small but growing team to deliver expansion of the current platform into new European markets, in partnership with our suppliers to deliver my Visa into banking environments and create streamlined, excellent consumer experiences by working closely with our partners and suppliers. You will use your knowledge of product, industry, and technology to design holistic solutions that meet business needs across individual customers, customer segments, and regions. You’ll work hands-on with our selected third parties whilst keeping in mind evolving market, client, and consumer needs, with the objective of driving significant future European market growth for Visa.
The role involves comprehensive oversight and direct coordination of the content displayed in the platform, ensuring seamless consumer journeys, smooth operations, and strategic alignment both at Market and European level.
- Key responsibilities include managing relationships with suppliers, creating and overseeing GTM content, providing exceptional consumer service, developing dashboards and MI to track performance metrics, managing development backlogs, overseeing PO management with technology suppliers, budget management, and ensuring governance & risk management processes are in place.
- You will also coordinate delivery activities among Visa cluster leads to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent my Visa in issuer integrations, including product ideation stages, and support clients to maximize platform benefits.
- Identify experience innovations within the platform and collaborate with local and European Premium product management teams for enablement.
- Identify and address potential issues and risks related to implementations and platform enhancements, feeding into pipeline prioritization and product roadmap to ensure challenges are addressed and value is delivered.
- Lead and collaborate across functions and geographies in a complex matrixed environment.
- Prioritize key deliverables and execute in a fast, entrepreneurial manner.
- Define product backlog using standard categories like epics and user stories, making tough trade-offs and prioritization decisions.
- Take accountability for delivering results as a self-starter.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years with an Advanced Degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD.
- Additional preferred qualifications include 3-5 years in the payments industry, strong negotiation and communication skills, experience with website/app build and client integration, understanding of the payments landscape, data skills, project management experience, familiarity with modern technologies, and experience working across European markets.
